Organize Forums

As you see, the forums is all cluttered into one category, "Forum". There should be more categories.

I should go:

General:
General Discussion
Forum Games
The Dev Corner
Suggestions

Servers:
Insanity DarkRP Discussion
-Suggestions/Fixes //just for the darkrp

Admin Discussion:
Apply for Positions
Ban Requests
Unban Requests

I missed a few forums, but you get the point.
